backset and inner panel prior to ordering.

Before requesting customer service
When customer service is requested, if there is no problem with the machine you will be charged a $80 customer service fee if there is no problem with the machine. (Even if you are within the warranty period)

Therefore, first, check the following:
1. Is the Battery Working?
2. Are you correctly opening the door? (Do not slide up, be sure to tap the screen before entering PIN code)
3. Is the volume switch on?
4. Do you press the safety button when you open the door?
5. Please refer to the picture below when the safe handle button is stuck in.
